Join this full-body foundational class with Hāmama Owner Jenny Tecklenburg. Jenny uses her classic method to isolate and strengthen your glutes, legs, upper back, and core (all the important areas). With this method, each side of your body is used equally with unilateral exercises to help balance out and realign your precious body. This class is for all levels focusing on mind-body connection, balance, and isolated movements, so expect a challenge! The class is a short 30 minutes with a warm-up, 1 set of the foundational workout followed by deep stretch & breathwork to finish. A highly recommended workout for your body, mind and soul.
